Update loaders, handlers, and BotClient to use centralized logger:
- CommandLoader.ts and EventLoader.ts
- AutocompleteHandler.ts, CommandHandler.ts, ComponentInteractionHandler.ts
- BotClient.ts

Provides consistent formatting across all core library logging.
