9c75d44165 Mobile redesign refinements + Ivan feedback round 
Mobile: new top-bar + fullscreen nav, premium swipe cards (Wege, sponsors,
winners, jury, Schirmherrschaft), heading-on-image hero modules, bottom
hero gradients for readability, slim dates bar, merged jury-intro module.

Feedback (Ivan briefing): 50–1.500 Mitarbeiter, criteria percentages
removed, "Die besten Unternehmen in Bayern", 5th criterion + Verbund note,
sponsor tiers (Hauptsponsoren/Medienpartner/Weitere), jury 11 + multi-stage,
"0 EUR Teilnahmegebühr", EWIF as organizer, Jahresabschlüsse optional,
duplicate content removed, contrast/font fixes.

cecd9fc3b4 Fix mobile/responsive view across all pages and components 
Comprehensive mobile pass over every page, form, layout and shared
component: eliminate horizontal overflow, switch fixed-vh sections to
auto height, collapse multi-column grids to single column, scale down
display typography and padding, enforce 44px tap targets, and ensure
embedded gold forms render and scroll without clipping on small screens.
All changes gated behind isMobile; desktop layout unchanged.
